Answering these initial questions is the first step in determining streamlining and exemption eligibility.

Is the project site within 0.5 mile of a major transit stop that is existing or planned or within 0.5 mile of a high-quality transit corridor?
Is the project site within the area of an adopted Community Plan or Specific Plan?
Is the project consistent with the governing General Plan?
Is the project located on an infill site?
Does the project include a residential component?
Does the project include affordable housing?
Is the project site greater than 5 acres?
Is the project site greater than 8 acres?
Does your project have at least 50 percent residential use, based on total building square footage?
Would the project adversely impact a historical resource?
